Graduated from Tsinghua University with a Master's degree in Biology and has been in the technical field; 10+ years as Senior Technical Service and Development Manager in Dow Microbial Control and Water Treatment, responsible for technical support in the Greater China region; Experienced in coating, home&personal care, water treatment, biopharmaceutical and other fields; former professor of Dow Microbial Control Academy; has extensive experience in microbial control of various waterborne formulations and systems; has delivered numerous presentations at industry conferences such as China Coat, Ringier Industrial Coatings Summit, etc.

PhD in Biochemical engineering, ZhejiangUniversity; joined Dow Chemical to work in microbial control technology since graduation, responsible for technical support and application development related to anti-microbial; supported in various areas with a solid theoretical foundation and rich application experience, including personalcare & homecare, oilfield, paper, leather etc.; 7 years as customer application specialist in Dow Microbial Control and won the company's outstanding employee award for many times; former professor of Dow Microbial Control Academy.

PhD in Biochemistry, East China University of Science and Technology; Visiting Scholar at the University of Strathclyde, UK; worked as a research and development specialist for Unilever for 6 years, leading multi-brand R&D work, and has authorized European patents; worked as an application specialist and R&D expert in the Microbial Control Department of Dow for 5 years, and is familiar with many application fields; has published several high-impact papers in Enzyme and Microbial Technology and Journal of Applied Microbiology as well as other international journals and domestic top journals.
